FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING
Helliemae's ships everything for free via the US Postal Service Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation, which usually takes 2-5 days. Right now, Helliemae's is tiny and ships a couple days a week; more frequently right before a holiday. (Owing to all the tiny, Helliemae's still only ships within the US. Sorry, France.) I'll send you an email with your tracking information the day your order ships - please watch for it, because all the careful packaging in the world can't countermand the effects of 4 hours in the sun!
And hey: one note. Helliemae's currently uses PayPal's shopping cart, but you do not have to have a PayPal account, you can just pay w/ a credit card. Ignore PayPal's attempts to funnel (bully?) you into paying with their service if you just want to use your credit card.

Well, they're the classic - traditional deep, rich, buttery caramels accented with flaky, crunchy sea salt on top. The freshest salted caramels you've ever tasted.

Helliemae's intense butter caramels, with the addition of floral, exotic cardamom. A bit of sea salt in the caramels, but none on top.

Deep, dark coffee permeates these caramels. A bit of sea salt in them, but none on top.

Salted Caramel Sauce $18
Super dark, slightly bitter. Salt of course. And a ton of cream. Great contrast over vanilla ice cream; even better over coffee. Current favorite: the salted caramel whiskey project. 8 oz glass jar.
