Yep, Valentine's Day is coming. Want your caramels to arrive in time for the holiday? Order by Tuesday February 7 for them to get there with free shipping. If you wait til the last minute, have no fear: Helliemae's can Fedex that gift (for not-insignificant charge, though) or you can come pick them up Thursday February 2 or 9 at the return of caramel hours! Other administrivia: caramels normally ship at least 2 days a week; more frequently right before a holiday. Free shipping is via USPS Priority and you'll get an email with a tracking number when yours are on their way. Faster caramels, yay! (Helliemae's still only ships within the US. Sorry, France.)
And hey: one note. Helliemae's currently uses PayPal's shopping cart, but you do not have to have a PayPal account, you can just pay w/ a credit card. Ignore PayPal's attempts to funnel (bully?) you into paying with their service if you just want to use your credit card.

Well, they're the classic - traditional deep, rich, buttery caramels accented with flaky, crunchy sea salt on top. The freshest salted caramels you've ever tasted.

Helliemae's intense butter caramels, with the addition of floral, exotic cardamom. A bit of sea salt in the caramels, but none on top.

Salted Caramel Sauce $18
